Customers profitability of CSAD Hodonin a.s.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá rentabilitou zákazníků logistického centra společnosti ČSAD Hodonín, a.s. Obsahuje charakteristiku zmíněné společnosti a alokaci nákladů zákazníkům pomocí metody Activity-based costing. Výstupem práce jsou zlepšující opatření na základě výpočtu rentabilit zákazníků.
Abstract:
The theses is focused on customers profitability of logistic centre, which is a part of ČSAD Hodonín company. This paper consists of a description of the company and cost allocation to customers pinpointed by Activity-based costing. The result of this paper are improving proposals based on certain profitability of customers.
