Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá historií chemie se zaměřením na vitamíny. Cílem práce je shromáždění odborných informací o tématu a následné použití těchto informací při tvorbě studijního materiálu v podobě internetových stránek. Rešeršní část se věnuje shromáždění informací o historii objevu jednotlivých vitamínů a o osobnostech, které při jejich objevení sehrály významnou roli. Ve tvůrčí části je popsána tvorba výukového materiálu. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na četnost témat věnovaným vitamínům a jejich historii v učebnicích biologie.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the history of chemistry with a focus on vitamins. The aim of the work is to gather professional information on the topic and the subsequent use of this information in the creation of study material in the form of websites. The research part is devoted to gathering information about the history of the discovery of individual vitamins and about the personalities who played an important role in their discovery. The creative part describes the creation of the study material. The research part is focused on the frequency of vitamin-related topics and their history in biology textbooks.
