Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou multikulturní péče. V teoretické části je popisována historie a vývoj multikulturního ošetřovatelství. Zabývá se multikulturním šokem, fázemi šoku a psychosomatickými dopady. Dále popisuje etické zásady a základy v multikulturní péči.
