Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení aspektů ovlivňujících nákupní chování spotřebitele při výběru domácích spotřebičů. Cílem práce je analýza kritérií nákupního rozhodování při nákupu domácích spotřebičů. Práce se zabývá také rozdíly v kupním chování spotřebitele u velkých a malých domácích spotřebičů. The thesis is concerned with examining the factors affecting the shopping behaviour of consumers when shopping for household appliances. The thesis aims to analyse the criteria involved in purchasing household appliances.
