Abstract:
Práce se snaží vyzdvihnout význam a účel právních zásad, vymezit jejich postavení v právu, ale i zmiňuje zdroj těchto zásad. Stěžejně se práce zabývá základními zásadami soukromého práva a jejich uplatněním v konkrétních institutech práva. The thesis tries to highlight the meaning and the purpose of legal principles, define their position in law and it mentions the source of these principles.
