Abstract:

Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020.Cílem bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím strategické analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí navrhnout firmě ENGETO Academy strategie, které by za-bezpečily rozvoj firmy a posílily její konkurenceschopnost. Teoretická část práce vychází z odborné literatury a zaměřuje se na zásadní pojmy a metody z oblasti strategického řízení a plánování. Praktická část staví na poznatcích získaných v teoretické části a analyzuje samotné fungování firmy. Vnější prostředí je analy-zováno pomocí PESTE analýzy a Porterova modelu pěti hybných sil. Vnitřní pro-středí je zhodnoceno na základě principu klíčových faktorů. Na základě jednotli-vých analýz jsou identifikovány příležitosti, hrozby, silné stránky a slabé stránky podniku. Faktory jsou zhodnoceny za využití EFE a IFE matic a jsou identifikovány nejdůležitější faktory. Prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy jsou navrhnuty jednotlivé strategie, z nichž je jedna vybrána a ekonomicky zhodnocena.

Brno: Mendel University, 2020.The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design strategies to the company ENGETO Academy through a strategic analysis of the external and internal environment, which would ensure the development of the company and strengthen its competitiveness. The theoretical part of the work is based on the literature and focuses on basic concepts and methods in the field of strategic management and planning. The practical part builds on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part and analyzes the very functioning of the company. The external environment is analyzed using PESTE analysis and Porter's model of five driving forces. The internal environment is evaluated on the basis of the principle of key factors. Based on individual analyzes, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company are identified. The factors are evaluated using EFE and IFE matrices and the most important factors are identified. Through SWOT analysis, individual strategies are proposed, one of which is selected and economically evaluated.
