Abstract:

Civilizační nemoci jsou nejčastější příčinou úmrtí obyvatel v České republice. K předcházení těchto onemocnění lze pomocí včasného záchytu realizovaného sekundární prevencí, jejíž součástí jsou cíleně zaměřeny preventivní prohlídky. Cílem mé práce bylo vyhodnotit stupeň informovanosti o sekundární prevenci civilizačních nemocí a preventivních prohlídek mezi studenty Ostravské univerzity, kterých se problematika týká (?zdravotníci?) a studenty vyšší odborné školy AHOL v Ostravě, obor sociální pojišťovnictví (?nezdravotníci?). Průzkum byl proveden v období od 1.3.2010 do 1.4.2010 pomocí anonymního dotazníku, kterého se zúčastnilo 189 studentů. Překvapivé bylo zjištění kvalitní úrovně informovanosti, na otázku, ?co je to preventivní prohlídka??, mezi studenty obou skupin nebyl zjištěn významný rozdíl. Z dotazníkového šetření vyplývá, že studenti mají jistý deficit informací o obsahu a časovém rozmezí preventivní prohlídky. Celých 37% dotázaných ?zdravotníků? nevedělo, nebo mělo jen částečnou představu. U ?nezdravotníků? 27% studentů nevědělo nebo nemělo představu. Průzkumem byla také snaha zjistit kvalitu poskytovaných preventivních prohlídek praktickými lékaři a gynekology dané vyhláškou MZ 3/2010 Sb., která stanovuje obsah a časové rozmezí preventivní prohlídky. Zjištěné informace o této problematice, nelze hodnotit kladně. Zkvalitňování zdravotní péče, by mělo být spolu s kontinuálním vzděláváním široké veřejnosti úkolem zdravotní pojišťovny.

Abstract:

Noncommunicable diseases are the leading cause of death in people in the Czech Republic. To prevent these diseases is possible through early detection realized by secondary prevention, which includes targeted preventive examinations. The aim of my study was to evaluate the non communicable diseases and preventive medical examinations´s awareness of secondary prevention within students of the University of Ostrava, who´s studies are related to this issue ("health care" students ) and higher vocational school students AHOL in Ostrava, Department of Social Insurance ("non health care" students). The survey was done during 1 month period, since 1.3.2010 until 1.4.2010. Anonymous questionnaire was used and 189 students attended this survey. An unexpected finding was a good quality of responses to the question "what is preventive examination?" where was no significant variance by both of groups. An unexpected finding was a better awareness to the question "what is preventive examination?" within group of "non health care" students, where was higher percentage of positive responses. The survey shows, that students have insufficient information about the content and time -frame of preventive examinations. All 37% of ?health care? students respondents' did not know or had only a partial knowledge. In the ?non health care? students 27% of them did not know or had no idea. Another aim of this survey was also an effort to determine the quality of preventive examinations provided by general medical doctors and gynecologists defined by Ministry of Health Care 3/2010 Coll., which define content and intervals of preventive examinations. Ascertained findings connected with this issue, can not be evaluated positively. Improving of health care should be the task of health insurance as well as the general public should be continualy educated.
