Abstract:

Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá jedním z institutů ochrany obětí před domácím násilím, a to institutem vykázání, který upravuje zákon o Policii České republiky. Vykázání je oprávnění policistů, které umožňuje vykázáním násilné osoby ze společného obydlí efektivně ochránit osoby ohrožené domácím násilím před dalšími útoky. Policie České republiky má díky tomuto institutu možnost a povinnost zastavit touto cestou domácí násilí a předcházet dalším útokům. Závěrečná práce je zaměřena na institut vykázání a jeho využívání ze strany policistů v Karlovarském kraji. Práce zpracovává vybrané problémy při využívání tohoto oprávnění v praxi a zjištěné poznatky shrnuje do metodické pomůcky. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřena na zjištění možností, jak zlepšit aplikaci vykázání v Karlovarském kraji.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with one of the institutes of protection for the victims of the domestic violence, namely with the institute of expulsion that is amended by the Police of the Czech Republic Act. The institute of expulsion is the authority of the police officers that enables them to constrain the violent person from the shared residence and to protect the victim threatened by the domestic violence from further attacks effectively. Police of the Czech Republic is authorized and obliged to put a stop to the domestic violence by the virtue of this instrument and to prevent from further attacks. This diploma thesis is focused on the usage of the institute of expulsion by the Police of the Czech Republic in the Karlovy Vary region. The thesis deals with the selected problems that occur in the practice when this authority is being implemented. Findings are compiled into a methodic tool. The research part is focused on the areas of possible improvement in the usage of the institute of expulsion in the Karlovy Vary region.
