Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je v teoretické čísti zaměřena na popis dvou, v současné době nejvíce zastoupených skupin na pracovním trhu, generací X a Y. Dále se věnuje teoretickému zázemí pojmů vzdělávání a motivace tak aby byl v praktické části zjištěn hlavní cíl bakalářské práce tedy zjistit, co motivuje tyto dvě skupiny k dalšímu formálnímu vzdělávání. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy této problematiky, existující teorie motivace a je vysvětlen rozdíl mezi vnitřní a vnější motivací. Praktická část práce se zaměřila na zjištění motivačních faktorů daných skupin tak aby došlo k rozklíčování jaké jsou rozdíly v motivacích té, které skupiny. Metodou bylo dotazníkové šetření a výsledkem je tabulka, která přehledně motivační faktory srovnává. Hlavním zjištěním je fakt, že podle obdržených výsledků jsou 3 hlavní motivační faktory u obou skupin shodné. Existují však i významné rozdíly v motivaci u jiných faktorů.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part, the bachelor's thesis is focused on the description of the two, currently most represented groups on the labor market, Generations X and Y. It also deals with the theoretical background of the concepts of education and motivation so that the main goal of the bachelor's thesis is established in the practical part and it is to find out what motivates these two groups to further formal education. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic concepts of this issue, the existing theory of motivation are described and the difference between internal and external motivation is explained. The practical part of the work focused on finding out the motivational factors of the given groups in order to identify the differences in the motivations of these groups. The method was a questionnaire survey and the result is a table that clearly compares the motivational factors. The main finding is the fact that according to the results received, the 3 main motivational factors are suitable for both groups. However, there are also significant differences in motivation for other factors.
