Employee benefits as a tool to motivate employees at XYZ

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity, které působí jako nástroj motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti XYZ. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit návrh na efektivnější systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti XYZ. Prvním dílčím cílem je shrnutí hlavních teoretických poznatků vycházející z rešerše odborné literatury. Druhým dílčím cílem je zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců s nabídkou zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Třetím dílčím cílem je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky současného systému benefitů. Text práce je rozdělen na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou na základě odborné literatury popsána témata řízení lidských zdrojů, motivace a zaměstnanecké benefity. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou společnosti, popisem stávajícího systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti a v neposlední řadě vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření. Na základě dotazníkového šetření jsou v poslední kapitole praktické části předloženy návrhy a doporučení na efektivnější systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with employee benefits, which act as a tool for motivating employees in the XYZ company. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to create a proposal for a more efficient system of employee benefits in the XYZ company. The first sub-goal is a summary of the main theoretical knowledge based on the research of professional literature. The second partial objective is to determine employee satisfaction with the offer of employee benefits. The third sub-goal is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current benefits system. The text of the thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the topics of human resources management, motivation and employee benefits are described on the basis of professional literature. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the company, the description of the existing system of employee benefits in the company and, last but not least, the evaluation of the questionnaire survey. On the basis of a questionnaire survey, proposals and recommendations for a more effective system of employee benefits are presented in the last chapter of the practical part.
