Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem úrokové míry na ceny nemovitostí v České republice a Německu. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení tohoto vlivu a jeho podpoření analýzou korelace stanovených kontrolních poptávkových determinantů. The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of interest rates on housing prices in the Czech Republic and Germany. The aim of this work is to evaluate this effect and support it by analyzing the correlation of set demand determinants.
