Abstract:
Práce se zabývá institutem správního deliktu dodavatele ve smyslu § 120a odst. 1 písm. a) zákona o veřejných zakázkách. Je v ní proveden rozbor institutu včetně některých problematických situací s institutem spojených. Abstract:
Thesis is focused on contractor offence under § 120a subsection 1. point. a) of the Public Procurement Act. It contains an analysis of the institute including analysis of some related problematic situations. Also it maps evolution of decisions of The Office for the Protection of Competition and contains comparison is made with Slovak and Estonia legislation.
