Abstract:
This study explores how Agile Project Management (APM) and Circular Economy (CE) strategies work together to improve food waste management at Intersnack. Using expert interviews and Delphi validation, six implementation areas were identified. APM supports adaptability, while CE ensures sustainability. Expert consensus was strong (W = 0.733, IQR ≤ 1).
