Evaluation of the development of demand for wood-based construction

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci proběhlo vyhodnocení vývoje poptávky na trhu se stavbami na bázi dřeva na území České republiky. Vyhodnocení proběhlo i ve vybraných evropských zemích. Dalším úkolem bylo identifikovat faktory mající vliv na poptávku a její množství. Zkoumané dřevěné konstrukční systémy byly popsány a porovnány s poptávaným množstvím staveb zděných, ale i jejich výhody a nevýhody. Závěr práce obsahuje výsledky průzkumu na trhu z pohledu zájemců o dřevostavby a firem, které se zabývají realizací. Všechny výsledky vzešly z dotazníků, jež byly zaslány vybraným respondentům. Následovala analýza výsledků, aby bylo možné určit směr, kterým by se dřevěné konstrukce měly ubírat. Veškeré získaná data mohou posloužit společnostem, ale i zájemcům o tyto stavby.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis, an evaluation of the development of demand in the wood-based construction market in the Czech Republic was carried out. The evaluation was also carried out in selected European countries. The next task was to identify the factors influencing the demand and its quantity. The investigated wood-based construction systems were described and compared with the demanded quantity of masonry buildings, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The thesis concludes with the results of a market survey from the perspective of those interested in timber buildings and companies involved in the implementation. All the results came from questionnaires that were sent to selected respondents. The results were then analysed to determine the direction that timber construction should take. All obtained data can be useful for companies but also those interested in these constructions.
