The Autority of the Teacher of Adult Learners

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je „Autorita učitele dospělých“. Jedná se o téma, které je aktuální, neboť mnoho dospělých osob je nuceno si dodělat své vzdělání či potřebnou kvalifikaci. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na popis základních pojmů vztahujících se k tématu bakalářské práce (vymezení autority, osobnost pedagoga, problematika andragogiky). Empirická část bakalářské práce ukazuje zrealizované výzkumné šetření, které bylo provedeno za vyuţití kvalitativní metodiky. Hlavním cílem empirické části bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak sami studenti vnímají autoritu pedagoga. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, jaké jsou problémy, v rámci edukačního procesu, na straně studentů a poté také na straně pedagoga.

Abstract:

The theme of the thesis is "The Authority of the Teacher of Adults." This is a topic that is timely, since many adults are forced to finish their education or skills required. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the basic concepts related to the topic of the bachelor thesis (lines of authority, the personality of the teacher, the issue of Adult Education). The empirical part of the thesis shows the implemented research which was carried out using qualitative methodology. The main objective of the empirical part of the thesis is to investigate how students themselves perceive the authority of the teacher. The operational objective is to determine what are the problems in the educational process on the part of students and then also on the part of the teacher.
