Anotace Předmětem této diplomové práce na téma "Faktory motivace a demotivace u pracovníků Hasičského záchranného sboru" je souhrnná analýza motivačních a demotivačních faktorů, které působí na příslušníky HZS. Abstract The subject of this thesis entitled "Factors of the motivation and demotivation of Fire department workers " is a summary analysis of motivating and demotivating factors, which influence the Fire Rescue System (FRS) workers.
