Financial security for retirement in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je analyzovat finanční možnosti zajištění na stáří. První část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku důchodových systémů, popis důchodového systému v České republice a demografického vývoje v České republice, včetně predikcí budoucího vývoje. Druhá část práce analyzuje samotné finanční produkty z hlediska zajištění na stáří a následně na základě komparace identifikuje jejich výhody a nevýhody. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou formulovány doporučení pro samotné klienty a fyzické osoby.

Abstract:

The subject of the master thesis is to analyze the financial possibilities for security retirement. The first part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of pension systems, description of the pension system in the Czech Republic and the demographic developments in the Czech Republic, including predictions of future development. The second part of the thesis analyzes the financial products themselves in terms of retirement and subsequently, on the basis of comparison, identifies their advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of findings are formulated recommendations for clients and natural persons.
