Diplomová práce pojednává o právní úpravě spolku v České republice a o vzájemných souvislostech spolku a sportu. V rámci diplomové práce se budeme věnovat úpravě vzniku spolku a následně i vzniku pobočného spolku včetně všech částí patřících k nim jako jsou stanovy, členství aj. This diploma thesis deals with the legislative modification of the association in the Czech Republic as well as with the mutual link between the association and the sport.
