Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dílem současného australského hudebníka, skladatele a spisovatele Nicka Cavea. Práce se zaměřuje na jeho lyrickou tvorbu, s detailnější analýzou jeho pozdější tvorby, především pak textů z alb Push the Sky Away, The Skeleton Tree a ponejvíce Ghosteen. This Master´s thesis deals with the work of the contemporary Australian musician, composer and writer Nick Cave. The work focuses on his lyrical work, with a more detailed analysis of his later work, especially texts from the albums Push the Sky Away, The Skeleton Tree and mostly Ghosteen.
