Workers Remuneration and its Specific Application

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odměňování pracovníků a její aplikací v praxi. V této práci je představena teorie problematiky hodnocení, výběru a odměňování pracovníků. Prací s pojmy jako mzda, benefity, zpětná vazba, sebehodnocení, určení cílů, motivace atp. je v této bakalářské práci porovnávána teorie s praxí. Tato práce je psána jako pomůcka pro vytvoření systému výběru, hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků v malé a střední firmě. Je zde návod na vytvoření systému pro hodnocení pracovníků. V současné době je takový systém nezbytný. Cílem je porovnání dostupné teorie a praxe, vytvoření systému výběru, hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků firmy komparací nabytých poznatků, vytvoření unifikovaných formulářů pro hodnocení, výběr, odměňování, stanovení cílů atp. V teoretické rovině popisuje zákonná ustanovení v oblasti odměňování, trendy v oblasti výběru a hodnocení zaměstnanců. V praktické části představuje výběr způsobů a postupů ve vybraných firmách. Popisuje vývoj a současný stav problematiky zvolené firmy. Komparací výše uvedených poznatků vytváří návrh nového systému výběru, hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků této firmy včetně vzorů jednotlivých formulářů.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the remuneration of workers and its application in practice. This work presents the theory of the evaluation, selection and remuneration of workers. It is the work, using concepts such as wage, benefits, feedback, self-evaluation, defining the objectives, motivation, etc., compared the theory with practice in this Bachelor´s work. This work has been written as an aid for creation of a system of selection, evaluation and remuneration of workers in a small and a medium-sized company. There are instructions on how to create a system for the evaluation of the staff. Currently, such a system is necessary. The objective is to compare the available theory and practice, the creation of a system of selection, evaluation and remuneration of workers in the company with comparison method of acquired knowledge, the creation of unified forms for evaluation, selection, compensation, setting of objectives, etc. It describes in theory the legal provisions in the area of remuneration, trends in the field of selection and evaluation of staff. In the practical part it presents the selection of methods and procedures in selected companies. It describes the development and current status of a selected company. It creates a proposal for a new system of selection, evaluation and remuneration of the workers of this company, including models of individual forms, trough comparison method.
