Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Srovnání staré a nové sociální reformy v návaznosti na dávky pro osoby zdravotně postižené a změnu pracovní náplně sociálních pracovnic se zabývá novou sociální reformou platnou od 1. 1. 2012 v návaznosti na dávky pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a změnu pracovní náplně sociálních pracovnic. Teoretická část diplomové práce vysvětluje pojem sociální služby, představuje jejich zřizovatele a druhy sociální služeb dle zákona 108/2006 Sb. Dále jsou popsány všechny druhy zdravotního postižení a jejich následná edukace. Poslední části teoretické části diplomové práce je seznámení s pojmem sociální reforma, jejími cíly a zmiňujeme i tzv. sKarty. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou realizovány analýzy zaměřené na dávky pro OZP dříve a nyní, vzdělávání osob se zdravotním postižením a pro doplnění je uvedena analýza kurikulárních dokumentů ve vztahu k problematice sociálních služeb. Ve druhé části praktické práce jsou zpracovány rozhovory se sociálními pracovnicemi týkající se změny jejich pracovní náplně a jejich pohledu na změny, které vzešly ze sociální reformy. Závěrem práce uvádíme celkové výsledky diplomové práce, diskusi nad zjištěnými výsledky a samozřejmě literaturu, ze které jsme čerpali.

Abstract:

The thesis titled Comparison of old and new social reforms in relation to benefits for the disabled and changing workload of social workers dealing with new social reform, effective from 1 First 2012 in relation to benefits for people with disabilities and to change the workload of social workers. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concept of social services, is the founder and types of social services under Act 108/2006 Coll. The following are described all types of disabilities and their subsequent education. The last section of the theoretical part of the thesis is to introduce the concept of social reform, its objectives and also mention the sCart. In the practical part of the thesis are carried out analyzes of benefits for persons with disabilities before, and now that the education of persons with disabilities and to complete an analysis of the curriculum documents in relation to the issue of social services. In the second part of the practical work are presented in interviews with social workers on how to change their job descriptions and their view of the changes that have resulted from social reform. Finally, we work overall results of the thesis, the discussion about the results and of course literature, from which we have drawn.
