Práce se věnuje právní úpravě odpadového hospodářství České republiky, se zaměřením na hodnocení současného stavu. Pro zjednodušení velmi rozsáhlé problematiky je stav praxe prezentován na odpadovém hospodářství Olomouckého kraje a mikroregionu Plumlovska. The Bachelor's thesis covers the subject of the legislation of waste management in the Czech Republic emphasizing the assessment of its current state.
