Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice alternativních způsobů rozhodování sporů, konkrétně vnitrostátnímu rozhodčímu řízení v České republice. This bachelor thesis deals with a topic of alternative methods of dispute resolutions, namely national arbitration proceeding in the Czech republic. The thesis aim is to characterize current legislation and evaluate advantages and disadvantages of arbitrary proceedings, to identify and analyse current problems and its causes and to outline possible solutions.
