Human Rights in the Process of History
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá lidskými právy, jejich historickým vývojem, změnami postoje společnosti v přístupu k těmto právům a uznání jejich důležitosti. Práce je zaměřena na vývoj lidských práv ve Francii a USA v 18.-19. století, dále pak na úlohu OSN v otázkách dodržování a ochrany lidských práv.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with human rights, with their historical development, with changes of society attitude in the approach to these rights and to the recognition of their importance. The thesis aims at the development of human rights in France and in the USA in the 18.-19. century, further it aims at the role of UN in matters of human rights observance and protection.
