Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlastnostmi ocelových materiálů a jejich charakteristikou, která ovlivňuje vznik prasklin při jejich zpracování. První část práce je věnována seznámení s firmou KeyTec, u které se tyto problémy se zpracováním plechů vyskytují. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány vlastnosti ocelových materiálů, které mohou předcházet vzniku prasklin. Dále v teoretické části probíhá seznámení s metodami tváření za studena a za tepla. V aplikační části byly k vyřešení problémů použité praktické i počítačové simulační metody. Z praktických metod byla uplatněna tahová zkouška, zkouška tvrdosti a podrobný chemický rozbor materiálu. Dále zde byla využita pevnostní analýza u jedné problematické součástky. Výsledky z těchto metod byly porovnány s dodávanými informacemi výrobce materiálu. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny náměty na zlepšení a zpracována data z experimentů, které jsou vyhodnoceny v kapitole 4.7 Diskuze výsledků a porovnání.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis engages with the properties of steel materials and their characteristics, which affects the formation of cracks during their processing. The first part is dedicated to familiarization with the company KeyTec, where these problems with sheet metals processing occur. In the theoretical part are characterized the properties of steel materials that can prevent the formation of cracks. Further, in the theoretical part, the methods of cold and hot forming are introduced. Practical and computer simulation methods were used to solve problems in the application part. The practical methods used tensile test, hardness test and detailed chemical analysis of material. Furthermore, strength analysis was used in one problematic part. The results from these methods were compared with the material manufacturer's supplied information. At the end of the thesis there are suggestions for improvement and processed data from experiments, which are evaluated in chapter 4.7 Discussion of results and comparison.
