Socio-economic impact of PBS Velká Bíteš company on the development of the region

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je vyhodnocení působení společnosti na region. Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení vlivu společnosti na jednotlivé parametry socioekonomického rozvoje, vyhodnocení současného stavu ekonomických možností společnosti První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš, a.s. v porovnání s dalšími společnostmi, působící v regionu a navrhnout doporučení místním rozhodovacím orgánům možnosti optimálního využití místního podnikatelského potenciálu. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části se pojednává všeobecně o regionu, jeho historii, rozdělení, a legislativě. Dále rovněž o soukromých subjektech a ekonomických metodách vyhodnocení fungování podniků. V praktické části práce je charakterizována společnost PBS Velká Bíteš, a.s. spolu s dalšími srovnávanými společnostmi, rovněž je zhodnocen výsledek provedení analýzy jejich finančního stavu společností a možností a vyhodnocení v rámci podpory regionu. V závěru praktické části této práce jsou předkládány návrhy rozhodovacím orgánům na možné zefektivnění využití tohoto podnikatelského potenciálu.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of the company's influence on the region. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the influence of society on individual parameters of socio-economic development, to evaluate the current state of economic possibilities of the company První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš, a.s. in comparison with other companies operating in the region and to propose recommendations to local decision-makers on the possibilities of optimal use of local business potential. The work consists of two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals in general with the region, its history, division, and legislation. Furthermore, about private entities and economic methods of evaluating the functioning of companies. In the practical part of the work is characterized the company PBS Velká Bíteš, a.s. together with other compared companies, the result of the analysis of their financial condition of companies and possibilities and evaluation within the support of the region is also evaluated. At the end of the practical part of this work, proposals are submitted to decision-making bodies for a possible streamlining of the use of this business potential.
