Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Motivační nástroje ve vybraném podniku“ je zhodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců s motivačními nástroji podniku a návrhy možných zlepšení. V teoretické části práce se věnuji pojmům motivace a pracovní spokojenost. Následně vysvětluji jednotlivé motivační nástroje. V závěru teoretické části je popsán vliv pandemie na práci zaměstnanců. The subject of the bachelor's thesis "Motivational tools in a selected com-pany" is the evaluation of employee satisfaction with the company's motivational tools and suggestions for possible improvements.
