Abstract:

Diplomová práca “Prípadová štúdia: Výučba dospelých študentov: Osobnosť, motivácia, spätná väzba a úloha učiteľa” pojednáva o potrebe učiteľa poznať svojich študentov a rozumieť ich potrebám a individuálnym problémom. Motivačné faktory, ktoré priviedli študentov k učeniu a potreba udržať ich motiváciu na čo najvyššej úrovni sú ďalším bodom práce. Ďalšou otázkou, ktorou sa táto práca zaoberá je rôznorodá obľúbenosť jednotlivých metód evaluácie dospelých študentov. V poslednej časti práce pôjde o zhodnotenie úlohy učiteľa jazykov a jeho vplyve na motiváciu študentov k učeniu a štúdiu.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis “Case study- Teaching Adult Learners: Personality, Motivation, Feedback and Teacher’s Role” deals with the need of a teacher to know his or her students and to understand their needs and individual issues. The motivational factors that brought the students to the class and the need to keep the motivational level of the students as high as possible are other issues to be addressed in this project. The next issues the thesis will question are different preferences of evaluation methods among adult learners. The last part of thesis will talk about language teacher’s role and how the teacher influences the motivation of students to learn and study.
