Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů v podnikové praxi. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů, které souvisí s řízením lidských zdrojů. Je provedena charakteristika a klasifikace zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich daňového a odvodového systému. This diploma thesis deals with the problematics of employee benefits in corporate practice. The theoretical part is mainly focused on explanation of terminology related to human resources management. Characteristics and classification of employee benefits as well as employee tax system is being performed.
