Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku veřejných rejstříků právnických a fyzických osob se zaměřením na obchodní rejstřík. Cílem práce je přehledný a srozumitelný popis současné právní úpravy veřejných rejstříků. Zvolený problém byl řešen pomocí analýzy vybraných soudních rozhodnutí, jež se týkají zvolené problematiky. The batchelo's thesis addresses the issue of the public refisters of legal and natural persons with a focus on the business register. The aim of the work is a clearly and understandable discribe the current legislation of the public registers.
