Rigorózní práce je zaměřena na právní ochranu těhotných žen v oblasti pracovněprávních vztahů v České republice. Rigorous work is focused on the legal protection of pregnant women in the field of labor relations in the Czech Republic. The first chapter of the thesis presents a definition of the terms pregnant employee and the employment relationship, so that it is possible to build on these terms at work and work with them.
