Abstract:
Základním tématem práce je veřejnosprávní kontrola. Ta je v českém právním řádu vymezena zejména zákonem č. 320/2001 Sb., o finanční kontrole, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a zákonem č. 255/2012 Sb., o kontrole (kontrolní řád), ve znění pozdějších předpisů. The central theme is public administration control. It is in the Czech legal order defined by the Act no. 320/2001 Coll., on financial control, as amended, and Act no. 255/2012 Coll., on inspection (inspection rules), as amended.
