Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá způsoby a podmínkami dispozic s obchodní firmou. Podmínky disponování s obchodní firmou jsou aplikovány na podnikající osoby fyzické a právnické. Výsledkem práce je analýza právní úpravy dané problematiky.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the terms and conditions of dispositions with a trade name. The dispozition terms of the trade name are applied to the business of natural and legal persons. Result of this work is an analyzis of the issue regulation.
