Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pracovní zátěží, která působí na manažery. V teoretické části je popsána problematika zátěže a stresu, dále je uvedena charakteristika manažerské profese a na základě těchto dvou celků jsou vybrány aspekty manažerské práce, které na vedoucí pracovníky mohou působit zátěžově. Abstract:
The subject of this Diploma Thesis relates to workload, effecting managers. The Theoretical section reviews the load and related stress, the characteristics of the managerial profession and on the basis of these subjects a review of selected aspects of managerial work, which can cause stress for managers. The empirical section is an analysis of this phenomenon through a questionnaire survey.
