Analysis of the customer satisfaction of the company Fo3 pub & caffe

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zákaznické spokojenosti vybrané restaurace Fo3 pub & caffe. První část práce je teoretická, ve které je provedena literární rešerše daného tématu. V této části práce jsou sepsány již získané poznatky v oblasti zákaznické spokojenosti, zákaznické loajality či faktorů ovlivňujících zákaznickou spokojenost. Kromě toho jsou v teoretické části charakterizovány metody marketingového výzkumu, zejména ty, které jsou následně využité v praktické části. Druhá část práce je praktická a v této části je proveden vlastní marketingový výzkum zákaznické spokojenosti formou dotazníkového šetření. Následně jsou výsledky tohoto výzkumu představeny a podrobeny korelační analýze, která určí nejvýznamější faktory ovlivňující celkovou spokojenost s restaurací. Výsledky jsou spíše pozitivní, přičemž jsou vytyčeny hlavní rizikové faktory, které mohou snižovat kvalitu restaurace.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze customer satisfaction of the restaurant Fo3 pub & caffe. First part of the thesis is the theroetical part, which is focused on a literature review of the topic. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the customer satisfaction, customer loyalty or factors with the biggest influence on customer satisfaction. The theoretical part also contains specification of the marketing research methods used in the practical part of this thesis. The second part of the thesis is practical part, which includes description of survey and then presentation of the results. Collected data are also analysed by the correlation analysis, which detects factors with the biggest influence on the overall satisfaction with the restaurant. The conclusions are rather positive and the most risky factors are detected. The owners of the restaurant can use this analysis to improve those weak points in the future.
