Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika faktorů ovlivňujících prosperitu podniku. Stěžejním oddílem teoretické části je oddíl zabývající se vybranými pohledy na nejdůležitější faktory prosperity. V praktické části jsou analyzovány podklady a informace o vybraném podniku s cílem identifikovat rozhodující faktor, který způsobil úpadek tohoto podniku. The subjects of the thesis are issues of factors affecting the prosperity of the company. Fundamental section of the theoretical part is section dealing with selected views on most important factors of prosperity.
