The Comparison of founding forms of business subjects in ČSOB Leasing, a.s.

Abstract:

The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze the leasing market as a whole with the focus on vehicles' funding, which is nowadays a dominant funding subject in a way of leasing from the total size of our market's arrangements funding. At the beginning of my diploma thesis I deal with funding forms of business subjects, which are the most available in our conditions and at the same time they are used mostly by these subjects. In my second chapter I attend to a detailed description of the funding as such namely the lease directly, I analyse its principle, history, division and problems. Next I refer to its advantages and disadvantages and the reason why it is nowadays so popular in the financial market beside general funding forms. In the conclusion of my diploma thesis I focus on the analysis of the entire lease market in Slovakia and also on one of the strongest leasing companies in Slovakia and its structure. I solve the questions and measures to the present crisis and the analysis of sales together with the reaction to the present situation.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je analýza leasingového trhu ako celku so zameraním sa na financovanie vozidiel , ktorý je v súčasnosti dominantným predmetom financovania formou leasingu z celkového objemu financovania zariadení na našom trhu. V úvodnej časti mojej diplomovej práce sa budem zaoberať formami financovania podnikateľských subjektov, ktoré sú najdostupnejšími v našich podmienkach a zároveň ho tieto subjekty najviac vyžívajú. V druhej kapitole sa budem venovať detailnému popisu samotného financovania a to priamo leasingu, rozoberiem jeho podstatu, históriu, rozdelenie a problematiku. Ďalej poukážem na jeho výhody a nevýhody a prečo je vlastne veľmi populárny v dnešnej dobe na trhu s financovaním z celkových foriem financovania.V závere svojej diplomovej práce práci som sa zameral na analýzu kompletného leasingového trhu SR a jednej z najsilnejšej leasingovej spoločnosti v Slovenskej republike a jej štruktúrou. Vyriešim problematiku a opatrenia v súčasnej krízy a analýzu predajov spolu s reakciou na súčasnú situáciu.
