Cílem diplomové práce je určit obsah, význam, funkce a jednotlivé prvky rozpočtu. První část práce slouží jako teoretický podklad pro druhou část, praktickou. The thesis aims to determine the content, significance, functions and specific elements of the budget. The first part forms a theoretical basis for the second, practical part.
