Development Opportunities of Small Enterprise
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je představení možností pro rozvoj konkrétního podniku. Prvním krokem je identifikace poslání, vize a cíle daného podniku. Dále jsou provedeny jednotlivé analýzy: vnějšího okolí podniku a vnitřního prostředí, které jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. Po odhalení nejvýznamnějších faktorů ovlivňujících podnik jsou navrženy konkrétní možnosti rozvoje.
Abstract:
The subject of this Thesis is to introduce the possibilities for the development of a particular enterprise. First step is the identification of the vision, mission and goal of the enterprise. In next steps, there are implemented several analyses such as of the external and internal environment of the enterprise, which are identified in the SWOT analysis.
