Social work with substance abuse users in selected health and social services facilities.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sociální práci s uživateli návykových látek ve vybraných zařízeních zdravotních a sociálních služeb a naznačuje, že léčba užívání návykových látkách se neobejde bez zásahu sociální práce.Je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která definuje vznik a vývoj závislosti, představuje nejčastěji užívané návykové látky v ČR, věnuje se intervencím, které se využívají, při práci s uživateli drog a také popisuje systém služeb pro uživatele návykových látek v ČR. Aplikační část práce je zaměřena na dvě vybrané zařízení, které poskytují léčbu uživatelům návykových látkách. Tato část je zpracovaná formou komparace vybraných zařízení a jako technika sběru dat, byla použita analýza interní dokumentace doplněná expertními rozhovory.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on Social work with users of addictive substances in selected health and social services facilities and suggests that treatment of substance use cannot be done without the intervention of social work. It is divided on the theoretical part, which defines the emergence and development of the addiction, represents the most commonly used addictive substances in the Czech republic, deals with interventions that are used when working with drug users, and also describes a system of services for addictive users in the Czech republic. The application part of this thesis is focused on two selected devices that provide treatment to users of addictive substances. This part is processed by the comparative of selected devices and as a data collection technique was used an analysis of internal documentation supplemented by expert interviews.
