Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na obligátní střevní patogeny, kteří jsou nejčastějšími původci průjmových onemocnění. Jedná se především o rod Salmonella, Campylobacter, Yersinia a Shigella. Teoretická část je zaměřena na morfologii, rozdělení, faktory virulence a na onemocnění, která tyto bakterie způsobují. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on obligate intestinal pathogens, which are the most common causes of diarrheal diseases. These are mainly the genera Salmonella, Campylobacter, Yersinia and Shigella. The theoretical part is focused on morphology, division of bacteria, virulence factors and disease caused by these bacteria.
