The History and Development of Parts of Integrated Rescue System and Their Role in Crisis Management

Abstract:

Cílem práce je seznámení s historií a vývojem složek Integrovaného záchranného systému a jejich úlohou v krizovém řízení. Práce vychází ze studia odborné literatury a legislativy týkající se Integrovaného záchranného systému. První část bakalářské práce se zabývá Integrovaným záchranným systémem jako celkem. V druhé jsou pak analyzovány jednotlivé složky tohoto systému s důrazem na roli Policie České republiky při zajištění veřejného pořádku. Závěrečná část práce je věnována krizovému řízení a Světu záchranářů v Karlových Varech, které rozšiřuje povědomí o Integrovaném záchranném systému a činnosti jeho složek nejen mezi žáky mateřských, základních a středních škol, ale i širokou veřejností.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to get acquainted with the history and development of parts of the Integrated Rescue System and their role in crisis management. The thesis elaborates on the study of literature and legislation on the Integrated Rescue System. In the first part, the bachelor thesis deals with the Integrated Rescue System as a whole. In the second part, the individual parts of this system are analysed and the role of the Police of the Czech Republic is focused on in order to ensure public order. The final part of the thesis is devoted to crisis management and the World of Rescuers in Karlovy Vary which extends the awareness of the Integrated Rescue System and of the activities of its components not only among nursery school children, elementary school pupils, and secondary school students, but also to the general public.
