Management of a selected sports organisation
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření fotbalového klubu SK Polaban Nymburk v letech 2020-2022 s důrazem na hlavní výnosy a náklady a s vymyšlením návrhů na jeho zlepšení. Zabývá se neziskovým sektorem v ČR a charakteristikou a financováním jak neziskových, tak i ziskových organizací. Dále pojednává o problematice financování českého sportu.
Abstract:
This paper is mainly focused on the analysis of the management of SK Polaban Nymburk between 2020 and 2022 with a deeper look on the main revenues and costs and a proposal for its improvement. It covers non-profit sector in Czech Republic and characteristics and financing both non-profit and profit organizations. Eventually it also deals with the issue of financing czech´s sport.
