Cílem této práce je analýza zásob ve vybrané společnosti a poté podle poznatků zjištěných z analýzy zásob nalézt způsob zefektivnění řízení, navrhnout a doporučit možnosti vedoucí ke zlepšení hospodaření se zásobami ve vybrané strojírenské společnosti.
