V teoretické části je zpracována rešerše literatury pojednávající o zásadách interní komunikace, jejich nástrojích a specifikách v oblasti řízení organizací. V praktické části je zpracováno šetření, které analyzuje interní komunikaci SU UTB. Na základě výsledků analýz jsou formulovány závěry o stavu interní komunikace SU UTB.
