Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce má název Sledování rizika pádu u seniorů v léčebně dlouhodobě nemocných - standard péče. Popisuje problematiku rizika pádu v léčebně dlouhodobě nemocných. Hlavním cílem bylo zhodnotit míru rizika pádu u seniorů u vybraných hodnotících metod. V teoretické části se zabývám definicí pádů a jejich prevencí, definicí stáří a stárnutí, screeningovými metodami pro hodnocení rizika pádu a kvalitou zdravotnické a ošetřovatelské péče. Ve výzkumné části jsou zpracována statistická data o pádech od 23. ledna do 31. května v léčebně dlouhodobě nemocných, porovnání standardů péče. Výsledky této práce jsou shrnuty v diskuzi a závěru.

Abstract:

This thesis has title Monitoring of the risk of falls of elderly patients in convalescent care departments - standard of care. It describes the issue of the risk of falls in Convalescent Care Departments. The main objective was to assess the degree of risk of falls of older people by selected evaluation methods. In the theoretical part of this thesis I have dealt with the definition of falls and their prevention, the definition of old age and aging, screening methods of risk of fall and assessment and quality of medical and nursing care. In the research section of this thesis I have worked with statistics data of falls from January 23rd to May 31st in Convalescent Care Department, comparing standards of care. The results of this work are summarized in the discussion and conclusion.
