Wine tourism in Austria

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vinařského cestovního ruchu. Nejprve v obecné rovině a poté již konkrétně na příkladu Rakouska. Část práce je věnována rakouskému cestovnímu ruchu a vinařskému průmyslu, neboť tato dvě odvětví spoluvytváří vinařský cestovní ruch. V textu je popsán vývoj, současný stav a perspektivy této formy turistiky v Rakousku. Detailně jsou rozebírány produkty rakouského vinařského cestovního ruchu. V závěru práce je zhodnocení stavu vinařské turistiky v České republice, specificky na jižní Moravě, jejím porovnáním s rakouskou.

Abstract:

This Master’s thesis deals with the topic of wine tourism. Firstly at a general level, then it specifically focuses on the example of Austria. A part of the work deals with Austrian tourism and wine industry, as the two jointly create the wine tourism. The text describes the development, the current state and the perspectives of this form of tourism in Austria. The products of the Austrian wine tourism are discussed in detail. The last part of this thesis provides an evaluation of the current state of wine tourism in the Czech Republic, specifically in South Moravia, as compared to Austria.
