Cílem práce je provést procesní analýzu servisního procesu a na základě této analýzy navrhnout možné způsoby optimalizace vybraného procesu. The goal of this work is to perform analysis of a maintenance process, on the basis of the analysis suggest possible methods for process optimization. The theoretical part describes the theory of process agenda, basic methodological approaches for process improvement.
