Práce se zabývá stanovením koncentrace specifických biomarkerů v moči po podání malé dávky alkoholu deseti testovaným subjektům běžné populace. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V teoretické části práce je nastíněn metabolismus etanolu, přehled biomarkerů, které jsou v organismu tvořeny po jeho požití. Jsou zde popsány i analytické metody používané pro jeho stanovení. The work deals with the determination of concentrations of specific biomarkers in urine after administration of small doses of alcohol. The test was carried out on ten subjects of general population.
