Tématem diplomové práce je analýza přeměn obchodních korporací uskutečněných v České republice v roce 2014 a 2015. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje a charakterizuje pojem přeměn a jejich právní vývoj v České republice. The topic of the diploma thesis is the analysis of transformations of business corporations carried out in the Czech Republic in 2014 and 2015. The thesis is divided into four chapters.
